Ready to enroll your child at Star Beginnings? Please review the following instructions to complete the enrollment process.

Ready to join Star Beginnings Home Child Care?

Thank you for your interest in Star Beginnings! We require that you schedule an appointment prior to visiting our home daycare facility. Prior to your child’s official enrollment, there are several forms that parents must fill out, sign, and deliver to me before I can take responsibility for caring for your child.

Enrollment Process

STEP 1

Check Availability

Admission to Star Beginnings is open to all children aged 6 weeks to 3 years.

STEP 2

Interview and Tour

I strongly recommend that parents visit any child care center they are considering prior to enrolling.

STEP 3

Enrollment Application

Complete your child’s enrollment by submitting the proper enrollment forms.

STEP 4

First Day Attendance

Bring your child’s care item on the first day of attendance. Please label all item with child’s name.
